Richie the Homo slayer

Homo Hall- Carp Lake
7th December 2019

Not the best turn out for this one maybe due to the recent weather. A lot of rain in the build up to this match but as usual at this venue the water was really coloured and the fish were still on the feed if you got it right.

Winning his second match in a row was Richie Williams. Using a method to the island with some new bait he'd bought, a moldable pellet in various flavours which was wraped around a coarse pellet.
The carp seemed to like it and he amassed 55lb including one of 11-08 to sneak the biggest fish of the year at the death. As the net was slipped under it you could see it had an enormous head, and so did the fish.

I second place and winning his section was Bob O'Neill with 52-00. He fished maggot short for a mixed bag and took the occassional carp.

In third and fourth were Graham Offlands and Dave Edwards with 49-02 and 40-06 both winning their sections. So, the top four overall were all in different areas of the lake proving how good this lake can be. Exceptional weights for a December match and I think the club will continue to have the final match of the season here.

1st. Richie Williams  55lb
2nd. Bob O'Neill 52-00
3rd. Graham Offlands 49-02
